Here are the answers to our most frequently asked questions:

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you've completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk/spam folder.

MY PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. NOW, WHAT?

It's your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address.


We ship our orders to the exact address provided at the checkout, either entered by you (the purchaser) or pulled from authorized merchant accounts like PayPal.


If you did not enter your address at the checkout, please log in to your PayPal account to verify and update your preferred shipping address.

We do not provide shipping refunds for packages sent to the wrong address.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN?

We are a small business, and our stock is limited. Unfortunately, we cannot refund lost or stolen packages.


If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you did not receive it, there are a few steps you can take to try to resolve the issue:

  1. Check with neighbors or family members to see if they received the package by mistake.

  2. Contact your local post office to see if they can provide any additional information about the delivery, such as the location where the package was left.

  3. File a claim with your local post office.

  4. If necessary, file a police report to document the missing package.

HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Apparel and CDs come in protective mailers; snapbacks are shipped in boxes, and we wrap collector's items in copious amounts of bubble wrap.

DO I HAVE TO PAY WITH PAYPAL?

No, you can make purchases with any credit or debit card. To bypass PayPal, select "Check Out With PayPal" when you're ready to check out. Next, select "Pay With Debit or Credit Card" below the login box​. You can now continue with your purchase as a guest.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can expect your order in 5-7 business days. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

YOU DON'T HAVE THE ITEM I WANT IN-STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE?

Everything we have is listed online. We offer limited runs of exclusive merchandise and very rarely restock identical items. If you see something you like, grab it as soon as possible!

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR A FEATURE?

If you're interested in a feature, please contact us. It's best to have a concept together (i.e., a beat with a verse on it) before reaching out. 

HOW DO I BOOK ESHAM FOR AN EVENT?

If you are a booking agent or promoter, please contact us with your booking request. Please note, Esham does NOT book private parties.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS?

No. Currently, our only method of sales is acidrap.com. This is the only way we can control quality and ensure our customers receive fast and friendly support.
