How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders arrive in 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary by location and product availability.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. All orders ship with a USPS tracking number. Check your email or spam folder for tracking details.

What is your return policy?

Contact info@acidrap.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your first and last name and order number.

What items are eligible for return?

Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and free of scent and pet hair. CDs, vinyl, and media must have original sealed plastic wrap intact.

What items cannot be returned?

Gift boxes, special promotions, sale and clearance items, and merchandise purchased at live events are final sale and cannot be returned.

Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong item.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The original shipping cost will be deducted.

What qualifies as damaged or defective?

Defective items include CDs that don't play, apparel with holes or visible damage, and items with manufacturing defects like broken zippers or misprinted designs.
